The idea of the community table is archaic, older than restaurants, as old as the notion of family. We at Worth Our Weight would love to share with you the meals that we create by instituting our Community Table.
What does that mean?
Our culinary apprentice program is rooted in the old world tradition of practical, hands on training. It is our mission to prepare meals that uphold the standards of truly good food: wholesome, hearty food made from scratch. Our menu will change each week with regard to the season. We invite you to join us.
We've landed
in a very lovely new home. We're near Montgomery Village on Hahman Drive, next door to the Boy's & Girl's Club, across the street from Church of the Roses and across the street from Montgomery High School. It's a golden area for a teen culinary program. Thanks to all of you who helped with our move and with cleaning and painting this space.
